-Spa Owner and Licensed Nail Technician.

With a passion for detail and outstanding customer service, she has lead us from a Nail Studio to a full service spa with almost 10,000 sq ft of Luxury ability. As the Owner of one of the largest spas in the Tri-Cities, Melissa has a vision to make luxury spa services affordable for everyone. She endeavors every day as one of our full-time nail techs to be a "hands on" business owner, while maintaining an impressive business plan as the Spa's manager.

Nail Technician

Jill has been a licensed nail technician for over 22 years. She enjoys pampering clients with our state of the art pedicures. Jill also practices services for natural nails only. Making sure to bring you the utmost care for your hands and feet. She also focuses on the deeper issues of pedicure care. By being a licensed nail tech, her education and training allows her to focus on more than just polish. Jill is a trained professional, who takes nail care to an expert level.

-Cosmetologist & Nail Artist

Emilee has been with The Polished Diamond since March 2024. She is a licensed cosmetologist, who specializes in Nail Care. Her superior talent for nail art is impeccable. She continually strives to learn new and improved ways and nail designs to offer to our clients. Emilee also shows immeasureable talent when it comes to acrylic nails and ombre art. She has an eye for detail and can create works of art on nails! 

Cosmetologist / Nail Technician

Kristen is a 2017 graduate of Bristol School of Hair Design. Kristen focuses on nail care services and provides wonderful pedicures and Nail art that is magazine worthy! Her replicas of movies and cartoons on nails is shocking and the attention to detail, you won't believe your eyes! 

Master Stylist 

 Sandra has been a licensed stylist for over 24 years. She is trained in the Helix cut, and specializes in color application and cuts for both men and women. Sandra has spent most of her career in the spa environment, most recently The Martha. Her training and experience adds to the luxury experience we strive to provide here at our award winning Spa.  

Licensed Cosmetologist/Nail Technician

 Nevaeh is a recent graduate of Abingdon High School with a passion for nails and nail art. She excels with gel extensions and natural nail services.  Nevaeh has a knack for recreating art from Pinterest photos. She is very personable, and our clients are loving their experiences with her. 

Master Esthetician

Kathy has been a Licensed Master Esthetician for over 20 years and has been clinically trained to perform skin care techniques for clients in a spa setting. As an expert in skin care and a master in her field of expertise, Kathy is licensed to perform skin care processes that you would receive in a normal clinical office. Yet, bringing her education to a level in which to provide the ultimate spa experience for our clients. 

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kathy has so much talent and love for the industry. We are blessed to have her as part of our Spa team. Her massage skills, helps to bring relaxation and relief to so many people each day. Kathy has been a licensed massage therapist for almost 30 years and her skills and passion are unmatched in the industry. She has chiropractic office experience for most of her career and strives to help clients with all their muscle challenges.
